BAQ Cleaning Services
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Our prices are per system, meaning that if there are more HVAC systems the price will need to be adjusted.

$499 - The system should be installed inside the home, such as in a basement or utility room. The main duct should not be routed through the crawl space. A basement does not count as a crawl space. Duct cleaning is available for one system or HVAC unit and includes the use of Benefect Decon 30 disinfectant. The system must be located in an easily accessible area.
This service includes the cleaning of unlimited vents, supply/return and main trunk lines.
Price increases to $648.00 when packaged with a dryer vent cleaning.

$299 - For this service we use a reverse air-pressurized whip in order to free the dryer exhaust from any lint, bird nests, insect nests and any debris that could inhibit the dryer from working at full capacity.
Price reduced to $149 when coupled with duct cleaning services.

$899.00 - A system refers to one complete HVAC setup in your home — including the furnace or air handler and all the connected supply and return ductwork that distributes air throughout the house. Each system is cleaned individually to ensure proper airflow, improved indoor air quality, and better overall performance. For crawl‑space homes, this service includes cleaning the ductwork located in tight or low‑clearance crawl spaces, which requires additional labor, safety steps, and specialized equipment. As part of the cleaning, we also apply Benefect Botanical Disinfectant, a plant‑based solution used to sanitize the ducts safely and effectively.
This service includes the cleaning of unlimited vents, supply/return and main trunk lines.
Price increases to $1,040.00 when packaged with a dryer vent cleaning.

Each system is cleaned individually to ensure proper airflow, improved indoor air quality, and better overall performance. For homes with attic‑mounted HVAC systems, this service includes cleaning ductwork located in the attic, which often requires ladder access, navigating insulation, and working in higher‑temperature environments. Because of this, attic systems typically involve additional setup and labor. As part of the cleaning, we also apply Benefect Botanical Disinfectant, a plant‑based solution used to sanitize the ducts safely and effectively.
